Important Notes for Tour Packages

  • The order of activities in your itinerary may change for operational, safety, or weather reasons.
  • All activities are subject to weather conditions and local authority approvals.
  • Safety is always prioritized over itinerary completion.
  • HMX Global reserves the right to replace any supplier with an equivalent or higher-quality alternative.

1. What a Package Includes

Tour packages combine multiple travel services sourced from independent third-party suppliers. The full list of inclusions and exclusions is detailed in your Package Confirmation Document.

2. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify, substitute, reorder, or cancel any element of a tour itinerary when required due to:

  • Adverse or unsafe weather conditions
  • Road closures, landslides, or floods
  • Government advisories or permit restrictions
  • Local authority orders or safety concerns
  • Force majeure events

Safety first: If any part of the itinerary poses a safety risk, it will be modified or cancelled. We do not offer refunds for safety-driven changes.

3. Activities and Excursions

  • All activities are subject to availability, local government permissions, and weather conditions.
  • Adventure activities (trekking, river rafting, paragliding, skiing) carry inherent physical risks. By participating, you confirm that you are medically fit.
  • HMX Global is not liable for injury, illness, or accident during any activity.
  • Activity operators may require you to sign their own liability waiver.

4. Supplier Replacement

HMX Global reserves the right to replace any hotel, transport provider, activity operator, or guide with a comparable or better alternative when operationally required.

5. Minimum Group Size

Certain group tours have a minimum participant requirement. If the minimum is not met, HMX Global may cancel or reschedule the departure with a full refund or alternative date offered.

6. Single Supplement

If you are traveling alone and require a room to yourself in a package priced for double occupancy, a single supplement charge will apply.

7. GST on Packages

GST will be charged on all tour package bookings as per applicable Indian tax law. A GST invoice will be provided upon request.
