Booking Policy

Quick Summary An inquiry is NOT a booking. Your booking is only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from us AND your payment has been received. Always check your confirmation details within 24 hours.
1. How to Make a Booking
You can start a booking through:

- Phone call to our official number
- In-person at our office
Important: Submitting an inquiry starts the booking process but does NOT confirm your booking.
2. What Confirms Your Booking
Your booking is confirmed only when BOTH of these happen:
- HMX Global sends you a written booking confirmation (via email or WhatsApp), AND
- The required payment or deposit has been received and cleared.
WhatsApp confirmations are valid: A booking confirmed through official HMX Global Travels WhatsApp communication, combined with payment confirmation, is a valid confirmed booking.
3. Check Your Confirmation Carefully
When you receive your booking confirmation, please check:
- Names of all travelers (must match government-issued ID exactly)
- Travel dates and destination
- Hotel name and category
- Vehicle type (for cab bookings)
- Number of travelers
- Inclusions and exclusions
- Total price and payment schedule
Report any error within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation.
4. Name Requirements
All traveler names in your booking must exactly match the names on the government-issued photo ID that will be presented at hotels, transport check-ins, or border crossings.
5. Special Requests
We will pass on special requests to the supplier on your behalf. However, we cannot guarantee that all special requests will be fulfilled. Special requests are at the supplier's discretion.
6. Group Bookings
Groups of 10 or more travelers are subject to separate pricing and terms. Group bookings typically require a higher deposit and may have stricter cancellation policies.
7. Changing a Confirmed Booking
All modification requests must be submitted in writing. Changes are subject to supplier availability, modification fees, and a revised written confirmation from HMX Global.
