Payment Policy

Quick Payment Summary

  • We accept bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, and cheque (corporate clients).
  • Payment schedules depend on booking type — deposits are typically 25–100% at confirmation.
  • GST invoices are issued where applicable.
  • Never share OTPs or card details with anyone — HMX Global will never ask for these.
  • Receipts are issued within 24 hours of payment.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Cheque Corporate clients only — subject to clearance before confirmation

2. Payment Schedule

Booking Type Deposit at Confirmation Balance Due
Hotel bookings 50–100% Per confirmation
Cab bookings 30–50% Before service date
Tour packages 25–50% 15–30 days before departure
Honeymoon packages 50% 15 days before departure
Last-minute (within 7 days) 100% At confirmation

If payment is not received by the stated deadline, your booking may be cancelled without notice.

3. GST and Taxes

GST and all applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian law at the prevailing rate. A GST invoice will be issued for all taxable transactions.

4. Tax Collection at Source (TCS)

For overseas tour packages, Tax Collection at Source (TCS) may be applicable under Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. TCS collected is deposited with the tax authorities, and a TCS certificate will be issued to you.

5. Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a payment chargeback, HMX Global reserves the right to suspend or cancel your booking, dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation, and recover the chargeback amount if the chargeback is found to be unjustified.

6. Payment Security

  • HMX Global does not store your credit or debit card number or CVV.
  • All online card transactions are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways.
  • Never share your OTP, PIN, or card details with anyone — HMX Global will never ask for these.

7. Payment Receipt

A payment confirmation receipt will be issued within 24 hours of any payment being received and cleared.
