Terms & Conditions

1. Who We Are

HMX Global Travels ("HMX Global," "we," "our," or "us") is a travel management and facilitation company based in Haryana, India, operating under the laws of India.

We help you book travel services — including holiday packages, hotel stays, cab transfers, sightseeing tours, honeymoon packages, group tours, corporate travel, and airport transfers — through our network of trusted third-party suppliers.

Important: HMX Global acts as a middleman between you and the actual service providers. We do not own or operate any hotel, vehicle, airline, train, or tourist attraction unless specifically stated in writing.

2. What Services We Offer

We facilitate:

  • Holiday and tour package bookings
  • Hotel and accommodation bookings
  • Cab, vehicle, and airport transfer bookings
  • Sightseeing and excursion bookings
  • Honeymoon and anniversary packages
  • Corporate and group travel coordination
  • Adventure activity bookings

3. Booking and Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only when:

  1. HMX Global sends you a written booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp, AND
  2. The required payment or deposit has been received and cleared.

WhatsApp Bookings: Bookings confirmed through official HMX Global Travels WhatsApp communication and payment confirmation shall be considered valid booking communications.

Inquiry ≠ Booking: Submitting an inquiry form, sending a WhatsApp message, emailing us, or calling us does NOT confirm your booking. A booking is only confirmed after written confirmation AND payment.

Check all booking confirmation details within 24 hours. We are not responsible for errors reported after this window.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are valid at the time of quotation and may change due to supplier rate changes, government tax changes, fuel surcharges, or seasonal factors.
  • Our service fees, coordination charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable unless specifically stated in writing.

GST: GST and all applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian law. A GST invoice will be issued upon request or where applicable.

5. Supplier Replacement

HMX Global Travels reserves the right to replace hotels, drivers, vehicles, activities, or any other supplier with an equivalent or higher-category alternative when operationally required. We will inform you as early as possible.

6. Our Liability — What We Are and Are Not Responsible For

What we are NOT responsible for:

  • Acts, failures, delays, negligence, or misconduct of any third-party supplier
  • Accidents, theft, injury, illness, or damage at hotels, in vehicles, or during activities
  • Losses caused by bad weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or any event beyond our control
  • Indirect losses such as loss of enjoyment, emotional distress, or consequential damage

Maximum liability: If HMX Global is found directly at fault, our maximum liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the specific booking.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information (correct names, dates, contact details)
  • Carrying valid government-issued ID for all travelers
  • Obtaining all visas, permits, and travel documents
  • Arriving on time at hotels, pick-up points, and departure locations
  • Following local laws, customs, and regulations
  • Maintaining respectful conduct throughout your trip

8. Local Travel Advisories

Customers are responsible for checking local travel advisories, weather conditions, permit requirements, and destination-specific regulations before travel.

Customers may voluntarily provide reviews, ratings, testimonials, photos, or videos. With your consent, HMX Global may use such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Haryana, India, or arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Seat of arbitration: Haryana, India.
