Important Notes for Hotel Bookings
- Room photos are representative only. Actual room appearance, view, and décor may differ.
- Specific room number, floor, view, or bed configuration within a category cannot be guaranteed.
- Hotel facilities and services may change without prior notice.
- HMX Global does not own or manage any hotel.
1. Our Role
HMX Global Travels facilitates hotel bookings through contracted hotels, hotel aggregators, and destination management companies. We do not own, manage, operate, or inspect any hotel property.
2. Hotel Information and Images
- Hotel descriptions, star ratings, amenity lists, and images are provided by the hotel or its representatives. HMX Global does not independently verify all hotel information.
- Room photos are representative and illustrative only. The actual room you are allocated may differ in appearance, size, view, and furnishings.
- Your specific room number, floor level, room view, and bed configuration within the booked room category are at the hotel's discretion and cannot be guaranteed.
- Hotel facilities and amenities are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Check-In and Check-Out Times
- Standard hotel check-in is typically at 12:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Times vary by property.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed. They may attract additional charges payable directly at the hotel.
4. Supplier Replacement
If the confirmed hotel becomes unavailable, HMX Global reserves the right to arrange alternative accommodation of equivalent or higher category.
5. Liability During Your Stay
HMX Global is not responsible for any incident, accident, theft, loss, injury, or damage occurring on hotel premises. Grievances about hotel service must be raised with hotel management at the time and reported to HMX Global in writing within 48 hours of check-out.
6. Extra Charges at the Hotel
The following are usually payable directly at the hotel and not included in HMX Global's quoted price unless stated:
- City Tax, Tourism Tax, Heritage Tax, or Eco Tax
- Room service, mini-bar, or in-room dining charges
- Laundry, spa, or premium facility charges
- Security deposits (refundable at check-out)
