Important Notes for Cab Bookings
- The specific driver and vehicle assigned are subject to availability and may be substituted with an equivalent or higher-category option.
- Delays due to traffic, weather, police restrictions, road closures, bandhs, or other local conditions are beyond HMX Global's control.
- We do not own or operate any vehicle.
1. Our Role
HMX Global Travels facilitates ground transportation bookings through contracted cab operators and driver partners. We do not own or operate any vehicle.
2. Vehicle and Driver Assignment
- The specific vehicle model and driver are assigned by the transport operator based on availability.
- If the confirmed vehicle category becomes unavailable, HMX Global reserves the right to substitute with a vehicle of equivalent or higher category at no additional cost.
- Driver assignment is subject to availability and operational requirements.
3. Driver Standards
HMX Global requires all transport partners to deploy licensed, experienced, and professionally trained drivers. However, HMX Global is not liable for the independent conduct, driving decisions, or personal behavior of driver partners.
4. What Is Included and Excluded
Your cab booking includes the vehicle and driver for the agreed route and duration only.
The following are typically excluded unless contracted:
- Toll charges and parking fees
- State border permits and taxes
- Night halt charges
- Driver allowance beyond the included limit
- Fuel surcharges for extended distances
5. Delays and Disruptions
HMX Global and its transport partners are not liable for delays caused by:
- Traffic congestion, accidents, or road closures
- Adverse weather conditions (rain, snow, fog, floods)
- Vehicle breakdown (we will make best efforts to arrange a replacement)
- Government restrictions, police checkpoints, or bandhs
- Strikes or civil disturbances
6. Waiting Time
The standard waiting period at a pick-up location is typically 30 minutes beyond the scheduled pick-up time. Extended waiting may attract additional charges.
7. Luggage
Please declare heavy or oversized luggage at booking time. HMX Global and transport partners are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to luggage during transit.
